Value in People Diversity Initiative

Global companies like Modine pull from the resources of many different groups and individuals. And, just as an orchestra’s success is determined by its number of different instruments, Modine’s success is based on employees having many different backgrounds.

In 2006, we announced the creation of the Value in People Council. The purpose of the Council is to maximize the value inherent in our diversity. It will develop regional and global initiatives to ensure that our organization respects, promotes and utilizes the diverse strengths and perspectives of our current and future employees.

Value in People Council Mission Statement:

To foster a work environment within Modine globally that is committed to being open, inclusive and respectful of all peoples; and one that accommodates and capitalizes on their many talents and perspectives. The Council will lead and oversee the development of goals, guidelines, and programs that reinforce, support and sustain this commitment within the organization and align Modine with our global customers to make diversity a competitive advantage for Modine.
