North American Engineering Development Program
The goal of the Engineering Development Program is to bring highly capable engineering talent into the organization and develop that talent over a specific period of time, typically 6-months, by offering exposure to various areas throughout Modine. Program graduates will have a solid "Modine" foundation from which to launch their career from.

North American Plant Development Program
This program is designed to aggressively develop professionals within our organization who have career aspirations and the potential to assume Plant Superintendent and Plant Manager positions.

North American Co-op Program
Modine's Co-op program has been in place since 1995. The intent of this program is to provide a ready pool of Modine candidates for full-time, entry-level, employment consideration. Modine offers Co-op students a competitive wage, participation in our 401k program and holiday pay.

Summer Internships
Modine offers various summer internships ranging from Engineering to Finance to IT.
